The Department of Corrections has taken the Government's mandate for vaccinations a step further.
All prison workers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from December 9 2021 according to the Government Health Order.
Corrections, following their own risk assessment of the situation here and overseas are now implementing their own requirements which extends to all visitors to prisons over 12 years old to have the same, and by the same date.
