Your Employers Toolbox account has an inbuilt free Visitor Portal to help you in your workplace compliance obligations.
The Visitor Portal is a free web app to allow you to check your visitors in and out of your premises, and has the flexibility to represent your brand and for you to promulgate your own induction/health & Safety notices and checks.
It has the ability to email staff when their visitors arrive and produces real-time attendance reports in case of emergencies.
Each branch you have loaded on your Employers Toolbox has one Visitor Portal per branch reflecting the respective's branch branding including logos and trading names.
