Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, Brooke van Velden has been highly vocal about a number of disparities under the current regime against the Employer. Currently, in terms of justification, an employee can behave atrociously, but if the employer gets one disciplinary step procedurally wrong the employee may raise a grievance and generally be successful.
