Documents uploaded to staff records in the Employers Toolbox can now be eSigned.
You already have unlimited document upload capacity to your staff records, you can now also gets those same documents eSigned with ease. Any PDF or Word (docx) files you have uploaded will now be showing a new icon next to them allowing you to start the eSign process.
As with any document signed on the platform, the system converts and saves it as a new secure PDF file which then gets emailed to the respective parties for their approval. The final secure file is subsequently saved on their staff record and emailed to both parties upon completion. These files can also be downloaded from your Toolbox account at any point in the future.
