A new feature on the eSigning platform has just been rolled out which
allows users to tie eSignatures to their login. This optional feature
adds a level of security for companies who have multiple logins to their
Toolbox account ensuring that only the person who creates the
eSignature can use it to sign off documents.

As shown above, when adding a new signature there is now a checkbox
offering to restrict the signature to the person currently logged in. If
this is selected when creating the signature only the current user will
be able to use it when eSigning documents. Other users will be able to see it, but not use it.
This feature cannot be applied retrospectively to existing signatures, only new ones. Restricted signatures show with a 'lock' icon in the list of signatures.
