Fixed Terms over 12 months

If you have staff on Fixed-term Employment Agreements which have inadvertently rolled over 12 months - beware. You will have presumably been paying 8% holiday pay as you go, but at 12 months those staff also become entitled to 4 weeks leave whether or not you've been paying their 8% on top.
Regardless of the reason for the extension, COVID-19, borders shut, good faith, MBIEs stance is clear. Pay again.
