New Zealand will move into the new Protection Framework 'traffic light ' system from 11.59pm on 2nd December 2021. Cabinet will decide on November 29 which level other parts of the country will start at based on regional vaccination rates, but Auckland will be moving into red, no region will move into green.
The NZ Government has announced they will be publishing a risk assessment tool to enable businesses to justify whether or not they need to require their staff to become vaccinated against COVID-19. More to come on this
