If a food or beverage service business can choose to operate 'contactless' without staff being vaccinated.
On Friday 3rd December 2021 the Government following pressure from industry have conceded and accepted that businesses operating in a 'take away' only style service can follow the mandate rules which apply to the retail industry.
The Government 'reconsidered' the public health risk profile and accepted it as being similar to that of retail. As such, takeaway services which would have come under the hospitality industry mandate forcing all workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 now don't.
You must not have seating for customers on the premises, but customers can enter premises to order and pickup.
