Regulations for Hazardous Substances under the new Health & Safety at Work Act are in draft form now and the MBIE are going through the process of seeking feedback from industry.
As expected the extensive document is over 500 pages of specifications and rules covering the myriad of hazardous substances we come across in the workplaces throughout NZ industry.
