With the travel bubble opening and recreational holidays being on the horizon again, it's important for a business to encourage staff to consider the risks, issues and contingencies around further occurrences of COVID-19 community outbreaks. Companies should clearly state the options and their position around payment for unexpected absences and the incurrence of extra costs.
