The Government has made a temporary change to Parental Leave for workers who are being asked to return to work early.
This allows workers on Parental Leave to 'pause' their leave for a maximum of 12 weeks, go to work, then resume their parental leave afterwards with all their leave rights intact including the Government payouts.
