WorkSafe NZ are enforcing regulations under the COVID-19 Protection Framework to the tune of $12,000 per day against Oliver MMA of New Lynn Auckland.
The owner is staunchly refusing to comply with the rules and states he will not be asking clients anything regarding their vaccination status. WorkSafe NZ is of the position this constitutes an 'egregious breach' of the Protection Framework and prosecuting at $12,000 each day this occurs.
