The Library - our information repository, available from the Dashboard in the
Employers Toolbox has a new feature; Company Documents. You can now upload your own files to this area for safe storage. Customised policies, procedures, manuals and the like are typical documents you should store in this centralised location.
Unlimited storage available via the Library on the dashboard. Upload your important company documents such as staff induction manual, company handbook etc. Most file formats are acceptable and best practice suggests files no more than 10MB in size due to potential broadband timeout issues with uploading. Files are securely stored within your online account.
These documents can be downloaded again from the same location and/or removed again if required.
Please note that all logins on your account will also have access to upload, download or remove these documents also, so be aware if you are storing sensitive information here. If the document pertains to a particular staff member it should be uploaded against their own staff member record.
Users of our Health & Safety online system will already be used to this functionality, as it was previously available through the homepage in that module.
