JJ van Vuuren LLBGeneral ManagerJuanne, known as JJ graduated with a LLB degree and was admitted as an attorney in 2005. After a few years of general practice she specialised in Employment Law. For the past 12 years she lived out her passion for Industrial and Employment Relations.
JJ and her family loves travelling and being outdoors with her husband and two young boys and also participates in long distance running. |  |

 | Glenn Harris Dip IR, BS(HR)Employment Relations ConsultantGlenn brings over 30 years human resource management experience to Employers Assistance Limited. Glenn’s understanding of occupational health and safety, employee relations and general human resource management practices and procedures is built on his training as a Department of Labour Inspector of Factories and Machinery and developed further in senior corporate HR roles. He combines this expertise with a solid commercial background gained in line management positions and in governance. Glenn has served as national president of the Human Resources Institute of NZ. He specialises in employment relations, health and safety management and performance management improvement. Away for work Glenn is an avid golfer, part time fisher and a volunteer business mentor. |

Kent Duffy LLB / BALead Solicitor
Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New ZealandKent has been working in the area of employment law and assisting employers throughout New Zealand for over ten years. Prior to joining Employers Assistance Kent worked as a senior employment lawyer where he exclusively represented employers. He holds qualifications in Law, Criminology and Political Studies from the University of Auckland. He specializes in employment law and industrial relations.
Kent is a strong employer advocate and he assists employers across the full spectrum of workplace issues, including supporting businesses to manage end-to-end employment processes, responding to personal grievance claims, negotiating confidential settlement agreements and exit packages, representation at employment mediations and in employment litigation, including representing employers in the Employment Relations Authority. Outside of work Kent trains competitive boxing and he also enjoys fishing. |  |

Darryl VossEmployment Relations ConsultantDarryl has extensive management experience and has an IT background. He was previously a client of Employers Assistance, who were invaluable when addressing several staffing issues. Very enthusiastic about the quality of the products and services he received from Employers Assistance, he joined the Company in 2008 as General Manager.
Darryl is a strong believer in striving to provide value and service to clients. Darryl is a keen fisherman and scuba diver, enjoys rugby (now retired) and running. He is a past Commodore of the Milford Cruising Club. |  |
