Safe Senders List

Getting the emails you want to see and filtering out those you don't is a massive global IT issue. Every email platform has some sort of spam/junk mail filtering built in. You may find without taking some action with your email program our emails might get filtered out or blocked. The best way to combat this filtering is for you to add us to your safe sender list.

What are safe sender lists?

Safe sender lists are lists or filters you can create in your email client program. When a sender is added to a safe sender list, their emails are more likely to be delivered to the inbox rather than be filtered out into a spam or junk mail box.

Safe sender lists will never guarantee deliverability. But greatly decrease the chances of being denied deliverability or placed in the spam folder.

How to get added to a safe sender list

Every email program or platform has different ways of doing this, some simply call it an 'address book', others simply ask you to "mark as not spam". Below are instructions for getting added to safe sender lists for popular email clients. You can share these instructions with your recipients in your email.

Highlight the email address, then click "add contact" in the drop-down menu.
